Beaver Butter · Peanut Butter Whiskey

Ingredients

Beaver Butter

2 oz
Dark chocolate liqueur

½ oz
Heavy cream

1 oz
Honey

¼ oz
Crushed peanut

Rim/garnish

method

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Rim with crushed peanuts and drizzle with chocolate. Try not to make a second one. You will fail.

Ingredients

2 oz
Fresh lemon juice

¾ oz
Peach nectar

1 oz
Club soda

Top off
Lemon wheel + mint

Garnish

Shake Twisted Tail, lemon juice, and peach nectar over ice. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish generously. Sit outside.

Apple cider

Cinnamon syrup

½ oz
Angostura bitters

2 dashes
Cinnamon stick + apple fan

Stir all ingredients over a large ice cube. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple fan. This one's perfect by the campfire.

Dark honey

¼ oz
Angostura bitters

3 dashes
Orange peel

Large ice cube

Stir whiskey, honey, and bitters over the large cube until well-chilled. Express orange peel over the glass and drop it in. Look west. Wait for the canyon to glow.

Ingredients

Dam Good Root Beer

2 oz
Vanilla cream soda

3 oz
Vanilla ice cream

1 scoop
Whipped cream

Top
Maraschino cherry

Pour Dam Good Root Beer and cream soda into a chilled mug. Add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Let it foam. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Drink it before it melts. Regret nothing.

Ingredients

Beaver Butter

2 oz
Fresh lime juice

¾ oz
Ginger beer

4 oz
Honey simple syrup

¼ oz
Candied ginger + lime

Garnish

Fill a copper mule mug with crushed ice. Add Beaver Butter, lime juice, and honey syrup. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with candied ginger and a lime wheel. Raise the mug. Say nothing. The drink speaks.
